NASA LaRC Solicitation: Team and Individual Coaching

NASA/LaRC has a requirement for 12 Langley technical supervisors/managers for continued leadership coaching. This work is required for retooling and reskilling of a portion of the technical workforce. NASA/LaRC intends to purchase the items from Pulse Point Coaching, as the only known source who can meet Agency requirements. Pulse Point Coaching is an International Coaching Federation certified company. The original contract between NASA Langley and Pulse Point Coaching was completed in April 2005. To introduce a new coaching firm at this time would cost the government start-up time and additional meeting fees to establishing new coaching relationships and getting the coaches up to speed on the coaching participants' issues. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12.
